I’ve worked with Scots who have been completely amicable in daily life and then start spitting vitriol as soon as sport comes into conversation.

As a younger man I supported all home nations including cheering Scotland at the 78 World Cup.

The more Scots I came across the more my view changed.

If you think they’ll be reciprocating by supporting us you’re deluding yourself.
