Roma boss to take over Everton

I think it's called the Frekin Group and they reckon by the weekend they will own 94% of the shares.

competition for Liverpool in the city now.

They'll get a bit of a shock when they try to buy players.

One of the cartel.? ..no? Sorry, no players for you.

First job will be to sell to balance the books… all despite having to prove they have money in the pot to bankroll them

Nah… Pretty decent sources saying they’ve got to clear about 70m in sales to just cover existing transfer fee installments… they have a negative income and are already right up against it in terms of FFP with a possible further points deduction - think they genuinely need to sell before end of June.

A new owner changes nothing there, their new stadium won’t be there till the season after the coming one, and the teams coming up will be stronger than the last lot up from the Fizzy (where Everton got a lot of points from).

Think they have a real chance of going down end of next season, they’ll replace Dyche if they get new owners and that won’t help them, but likely to bounce straight back up if they were to get relegated.

But competing with Liverpool… impossible with the way FFP is these days.
