I liked him and the way he played. It’s unfortunate that he’ll leave but I don’t blame the club.

Rumours on the net are that the other club is Plymouth

I hope the Samaritans operate around the Peterborough area. Phones Could be busy soon

Our “friend” DMac at Peterborough has already got his excuse in place. He’s gone public to say that the board at RUFC made it clear to him that they would not sell to PUFC.
It sounds better to his followers than saying they can’t afford him!!

At that fee, I’d take the money and invest it elsewhere

From what I've seen of him, including a handful of games with Peterbro, I rate him and think especially at L1 level he'd be a great asset. But... it does seem obvious something has soured the relationship, and it clearly suits both parties to have him move for a decent fee. I think's it's possible living in the north doesn't suit him after spells with teams around the south midlands... this used to be an issue spoken about quite often but gets said less these days, surely that can't have gone away.

Another one mismanaged by Matt Taylor. Would have been an asset but as soon as Rafferty came in it became pretty academic that he'd be gone because he isn't starting over Rafferty. Feel for the player (although he hasn't always acted as professional as he should have). Seems like a break would be good for all parties.
