Thought this deserved a thread on its own but feel free to move or remove if inappropriate.

So rumours seem to be gathering traction in regards to entry prices for the opening game with £38 (THIRTY EIGHT F'KN QUID) the figure being banded about.

With the expected practice of forming a guard of honour to celebrate last season's Championship winners on top of this (rumoured) entry fee I can see this being too much for many Dee's. Going to the dump (twice), filling their coffers AND witnessing our lads forming a guard of honour, collectively, will be particularly unpalatable and I think they're well aware of that. They want to get off to a flyer and what better way than beating your local rivals on the opening day?. A compromised Dee support will suit them to a T.

I'm swerving it at £38, I'm just not entertaining that figure regardless of who's playing.
