    I want us back in for him. Think he'd be brlliant it would sort out a keep position for years to come.

    It's that long term investment in a position that every top top club has a world class player.

    Ika Casillas, Oliver Kahn, Manuel Neuer, Gianluigi Buffon, Petr Čech, Peter Schmeichel.

    All these guys played for the teams that dominated domestic and European competitions for close to a decade a piece.

    Mamardashvili is that level, getting him would absolutely make a the exact statement that on top of Bruno, Isak, Botman, the emergence of Gordon.

    A top class young 2nd striker, the long term replacement for Schar to partner Botman for the next 4-6 yrs and an excellent right winger to match Gordons output would put us up there in the conversation for the top 4 without doubt.

    With solid fitness across the squad throughout the season with those key positions filled we could well be in with a shout of a title tilt!
