    But that's not a benefit as such, it's an entitlement to the age of 18 then after that, in Scotland at least, it's also an entitlement

    So millionaires and their children get the same entitlements as someone on minimum wage.

    Tell me why it isn't. Restrict if you can to necessities like education and healthcare. Try to bear in mind that many wealthy people will opt to use private facilities rather than publicly available ones. Like I've said, that's what privilege gets you.

    Millionaires also pay taxes which pay for free Uni education in Scotland thanks to the Barnett Formula.
