    You are joking right? He never believed in good luck, probably the most superstitious Manager in the history of football: Lucky suit, fear of feathered birds and ornamental Elephants as bad luck, route on matchdays, hiring a gypsy to remove a curse from Elland Road!!!! Yeah sounds like a guy who made his own luck....

    Yep Revie was as superstitious as they come he even had ‘a curse removed from the ground’

    And you've never heard of showmanship? The man was about as fanatical as Bielsa when it came to researching the opposition, creating dossiers which were used by him, his coaching staff and the players in preparation for match days. In similar fashion he knew, to n'th degree of detail, the nature of his players, their relationships, family situations, etc etc. Why go to all that trouble when you can get a gypsy to bless the ground?

    Yes, he most certainly made his own luck for LUFC, but the the theatricals didn't hurt.
