One enforced change but same personal in a different formation. Trippier right wing back safer though uninspiring choice other than Arnold. Saka left wing back who says he prefers to play on the right. Might bring Foden more into the game playing more central otherwise Bellingham he's going to have to be the game changer again.

Everybody seems to be focusing on this 3 at the back malarkey but for me the problem will stem from midfield where we are likely to get Mainoo and Alexander-Arnold together on the right. Neither are that good at defending and are a potential weak point for the Swiss coach to exploit

Well, I as I mentioned on another thread, i am hosting a BBQ where we are the only English people attending. The TV will be set up in the garden and they'll be quite a few wanting us to win tonight!

It's that or they're not getting fed

Copied my post from the generic England thread.

The criticism of Southgate is unfair. He is by far the most successful manager of my life time (born in 73)
He has some very talented young players who are coached all their lives to not be scared to make a mistake. Then fans at home want the manager out if they make a mistake. The players have a responsibility as well.
I have some mates who are Rotherham fans in Germany now and they follow England all over the world and they are huge Southgate fans.
France are in the semi final and haven’t scored a goal from open play, Germany are out, Portugal are out, Spain look functional but not fluid and no goal baggers. The Netherlands worry me but we have the squad, the run and the manager to win this.

I’ll be watching on the big screen in Clifton park today and really looking forward to rolling the Swiss over.

Really? It's all about opinions though isn't it.

That's the exact team I wanted him to play, with the exception of Trippier. I don't think he had a good season at RB for Newcastle and he certainly hasn't had a good tournament

I'd have Trent in at RWB and encourage him to drift into midfield like he does for Liverpool.
