Yes, I am well aware of all that.
What I'm getting at is that Labour have already said there's little money around.
    "Time to tighten belts, chaps."

Yup, the cuts are coming and of course they will be fully costed and ***** services budgets will be fully ring fenced!

    Sounds familiar.

Their non manifesto will bite voters in the arse big time and they have committed to not raising taxes. Of course they can push on chasing people and companies who just don't pay and that would help if they can do it correctly.

We can only give them the benefit of the doubt, but my doubts are huge. It would take an almighty effort of mismanagement to tank the economy worse than the Tories, but you just never know.

I believe Labour will campaign up here in 2026 on the promise to cut the Scottish tax rates back to English levels, whilst keeping things as they were for at least the next parliament, before backtracking if they win it.

So that’s Andy’s Wimbledon days over as Raducanu pulls out of the doubles.

Just as well he got his fanfare the other day or it would have been a right damp squib.
Maybe better he ended playing with his bro anyway but I’m sure he’s disappointed. No doubt the trolls will eat her alive.

He had some career and in any other era I'm sure he would have had a few more major wins to his name.

It's always pleasing it was a jock who became the first person from these islands to win Wimbledon in over 70 years.
That must stick in their throats a little

    The Rwanda deportations have ceased.

Probably lost the equivalent of three or four ferries on that policy.

Immigration policy will probably be Starmers downfall with Farage now in the Commons. The problem isn't going to be an easy fix.

Their racism was only the start of it,
One letterbomb and now you're a part of it,
    Now they've done it,
Nigel has fixed it for them.
