Police Scotland will not investigate fraudulent standing orders being debited to a person’s RBS current account in Scotland because they received a full refund from their bank so there is little chance of Police Scotland investigating mob rule by Blackford’s supporters. The SNP controlled Scottish Government will do anything to make them look good even if it means Police Scotland not investigating crimes in Scotland to keep the annual crime figures down.
