I’m normally wary of signing trialists - call it the Fotheringham effect - but the Arsenal and Luton guys from last night sound promising. What we can’t afford to do is waste too much time mulling things over as the squad is looking a little thin at the moment, and we want a super-fit squad come August 11.

Talking of which, have we appointed a fitness coach yet? Can’t see anyone listed on the official site.

I believe we've promoted from within regarding fitness coach. I swear I read that Jane Jackson has been promoted to the role.
