    Bunce is gonna be focused totally on player rehabilitation and post match recovery. It's fantastic to see a major concern of the manager & club identified and then a 'Best in class' member of the back room staff contracted and in place ahead of the squad returning for Pre-Season.

    Brilliant to see from the club. Excellent to see how well we are managed these days.

    More than that, he’s gonna oversee all the medical, strength and conditioning, analytics for S&C, nutrition, the full package.

    He’s worked with Mitchell at both Soton and Monaco, so it’s good to see that Mitchell has identified a big need (that Ashworth should have sorted a long time ago) very quickly and he brought in someone he knows and trusts to do such an important job so you know he’ll get the backing and support to make a difference quickly.
