Farage was being particularly unpleasant about the former Speaker, yet people are talking about class and manners. You can't have it both ways.

Let's also not forget that Farage has had a big influence in economically crippling this country thanks to Brexit. A bit of booing is nothing in comparison.

I thought Farage’s comments about the little man were restrained considering what he did! Sunak in the past and Starmer have come out with disgusting comments far worse including bringing Jimmy Saville into the equation!

Didn’t the booing start before he started speaking?

“economically crippling this country thanks to Brexit”.

I said that any problems in the future would be blamed on Brexit. Covid has had the biggest impact on everyone. Time will tell. It was never going to be a quick fix but to no longer wait on 27 countries to decide things for us is a welcome relief. The EU landscape will change dramatically in the next few years.

Give the man a break, after all he has tried to win a seat in Parliament 8 times and finally, just finally he has won. I think this booing is ridiculous, he should be allowed to have his say. I’m glad he’s now in Parliament, because he can’t get away with lies (or maybe he will).. but he’ll get found out. I don’t mind someone giving the establishment a fingers up and perhaps keep them in check. Let’s see what answers he holds.. he’s a disaster for the UK. The problems caused by brexit is being ignored by many and blamed on Covid.. how convenient eh. other countries have bounced back and we haven’t. Farij and BJ are responsible for this. For those that work in international trade, or are impacted from it will know the true challenges faced. The lack of choice available to us in the shops has diminished, problems on the borders for goods increased - all the tories did was cover this up. But yeah we voted brown immigrants out. Well done.

Financial experts at Bloomberg Economics reckon Brexit is costing us £100bn per year.

Covid is estimated to have cost us £300-400bn as a one off event.

So every 3-4 years, Brexit is costing us what Covid has.

Its really hard for me to fathom how people still have faith in something so expensive and wasteful. For very little benefit.
