It is what it is… I’d be more worried if it was a league game. Clearly Stu is managing the minutes and several players are training but not being risked.
Although it’s nice to win, it’s not the main objective of a PSF.

It was always planned to be the starting team for approximately 60 minutes
Of course the changes then were not tactical but to give people minutes and a few young lads experience of playing with the senior pros

The one thing I find slightly worrying is that according to the Duisburg feed we had no Jatta or Morias on the bench.

I don’t think either travelled. Saw a pic online of McDonald with a new-born baby (presumably his own), which is why he’s not been playing much. Edwards and Austin didn’t play today, so the midfield looked very threadbare.

It's possible that they had passport problems, as the EU has tightened up considerably since Brexit. Jatta presumably travels on a Gambian passport, and Morias was born in Kingston Jamaica.
