Is it also not well documented in the press that the family of Charles Kennedy have stated that a post mortem showed that he died as a result of a major haemorrhage caused by his ongoing abuse of alcohol?

I suppose that little fact will have passed you by as you looked for evidence to back your completely incredible opinion?

Not enough to cause a major haemorrhage though is it?

    Seriously?

If being 'particularly nasty as ****' to someone could cause a major haemmorhage half the world's population would be dead.

I didn't say it happened in every case I said it could happen, stress can bring on a hemorrhage, what do you want me to say no it can't?

Just accept that the chances are virtually zero to actually zero and we'll call it quits.

Was interested to see that Labour are having to deal with the troubles of above inflation wage demands from teachers and NHS. Tories could not solve them and obviously didn't have a strategy to pay up.

I would not be surprised if history repeats itself as far as the current Labour government are concerned. Around 1974 when the Labour Party won the General Election the first thing that they did was to cave into the demands of the miners who were on strike and gave them the 35% increase they were demanding in their wages.
The other large unions demanded similar wage increases and inflation became rampant during that period with from memory it being over 20% per annum at one stage.

Don't think that particular episode in history will be repeated. Social media wasn't around then and I think that the younger generations of today, do not have the same class war mentality as was prevalent at that time. Maybe more likely to blame us oldies, which could be really unpleasant for us.

The current younger generation would do well to remember that they will eventually be the older generation if they manage to live that long.
