I was surprised it didn't happen sooner
As others have said hopefully it means that replacement(s) have been secured

Big call that there is a really long list to choose from over the last 25 years or so !

Tony Hackworth has to be up there pure cr*p and cost quite abit of money / plus big salary questionable attitude as well none of that you could throw at Morias.
