    Mick Taylor RIP

Great guitarist. Soon quit the Stones when he experienced the life style. Loved his style.

Great player if over shadowed by other Mayall graduates Clapton and Green and the likes of Jeff Beck. Jagger admitted that his musicality contributed greatly to the Stones on albums like Exile, Sticky Fingers and Let it bleed. From what I've read I don't think he ever intended to stay with the Stones and the lifestyle didn't suit. Recall he did something with Jack Bruce at some point but can't remember hearing much about him after he left the RS-apart from when he did that tour with them about 10 years ago. RIP.

Where was his death reported? I can’t find any mention of it on any news site?

Well, that's some good news! He recently did an interview with Rolling Stone apparently.

There have been enough passing of icons of my youth over recent years as it is-beginning to make me feel old!😁
