I'm sure setting alight a library in Liverpool and robbing a Greggs will pacify the growing number of racists showing their true colours on here. The violence these animals are perpetrating is vile.

BT no one in here is racist they are simply stating facts about how it looks to them - what’s happening in our country and their opinion as to why.

That doesn’t make us all racist in any way shape or form - opinionated maybe but not racist.

If you asked any posters on here genuinely they would answer to no to be far right - racist and would condemn the violence and stupidity that’s going on at the minute - what they might say though is that they can see why frustration is rising among the people even though 99% of them would t do / get involved with the idiots committing crimes and vandalism etc.

You really have got to stop calling everyone far right racist just for having an opinion that differs to yours.

Well said army. I condemn the violence, destruction and looting. I am certainly not a racist either.

I fully understand the frustration that people feel in Britain. I think that many people are fed up of having their views dismissed as irrelevant or, worse still, racist.

Sadly BT is a good example of that type of opinion. If a person dares to express an opinion that is considered to be “far right” when in fact they are nothing more than conservative/ stating the obvious, they are racist.

Until that changes, the country will continue to have serious unrest and discord. The left needs to learn to respect other people and their opinions.

Having said that, as suggested by BT in answer (none) to my comments, I will go back to my lattes and chocolate

I suppose the following supports your position Sinkov. My wife taught in a school for delinquents when we lived in Texas and they told her that the drift into serious drug use almost always starts with cannabis. I agree that facts should never be swept under the table otherwise we are in lala land.

When people who are not white are scared to leave their homes we really need a rain check on racism in this country. We all need to hold an honest and adult conversation about the influence of and access to social media for children and “grown-ups” and how our government(s) uses digital technology like facial recognition and the sort of future we all want.

My son-in-law took a wrong turn in Manchester yesterday and almost came a serious cropper. In the vehicle were my grandkids aged 15, 13, 8 & 5. Mob law was out on the streets, my youngest grandson after witnessing it said, "the hooligans should have been shot!"

Bit extreme but I catch his drift.

The people who organise these rioting gatherings should already be serving five years with no chance of parole.

When white people are scared to go in no-go areas in their own towns, where areas are no longer policed, then indeed there needs to be an open and adult conversation about racism and immigration in Britain.

It is not a one way street, blaming social media.

I agree that social media etc does need to be discussed. However the underlying frustrations should not be glossed over as an inconvenient truth. That has gone on for too long since the Wilson Government enacted the Race Relations Act 1968 which opened the door to reverse racism. It began the conflation of two concepts that have been a disaster for the country.

There is only one poster on here who has had his collar felt by the bizzies for a racist post, and that was you mon ami. If it weren't for the fact that you're a Lefty, I'd say your lack of self-awareness is astonishing.
