There is a huge difference between identifying the specific targeting of female police officers by bullying thugs and suggesting that such officers should be treated differently, so I don’t think you’ve put anything ‘to bed’ there at all.

So you can square off ‘equally capable’ with (but) ‘should be treated differently’. Very strange and even more QED IMO
