Maynard I think Is overwhelmed by the task at hand so kind of appears like a deer in headlights. As he grows into the job, he'll probably come across better. I think Williams came across as more assured from the get go which helped calm supporters
I don’t think so much about the task at hand now but still with the media. I think you saw a different version of him with Paul Mace and more himself. He’s enthusiastic, honest, clearly hard working and probably a very good coach which should go a long way hopefully as was LW and he came across with the X factor too, but again maybe not so much in earlier interviews.
