The thing I like about this board. No clever buggers, everyone gets on and there is no censorship.

Totally opposite than the other Burnley site which is woke and heavily censored. If your opinion differs from the mods, your banned

I was watching a video of a protest and counter protest in Lancaster. It was ludicrous, there were about twenty people protesting, just ordinary looking people, no knuckle draggers or anything even vaguely 'far right' about them, they were being kettled by a row of riot police. Across the road there about 300 counter protesters, they were mostly extremely well-heeled, they looked like they had just exited Starbucks with their Lattes after having Meusli and Croissants for their breakfast. Working class they most certainly were not.

Talking football on a football forum, sounds sense to me, and leave the politics etc to other forums, or sub sections of football one.
I agree about the censorship, though some of the views on this thread are extreme, racist and some factually incorrect, which might benefit from a little moderation

I certainly don't agree with censorship, and haven't read anything racist on this site. Its just normal blokes expressing an opinion and, if you don't like it well that's your problem for being over sensitive

Trouble is these day is that mon can't say boo to a goose without offending someone

Your country is being taken from you, but you can't speak of it. Not on Footy Mad, not on your social media accounts, nor in the press, nor on the streets. You English invented the principle that free speech protects a free people. Now you are proving the truth of that principle by its negation: If you want to kill a free people, then silence them. Your nation is dying. When nations sink into chaos, their people die too--in the millions. The school marms of global totalitarianism say it's impolite to speak of it, that a bit of moderation might help.

We are not the land of milk and honey, but another beleaguered Western nation beset by mass immigration from without, and an anti-natalist, authoritarian, woke death cult from within. Like yours.

I cannot predict what will happen in our election.
