    We’ve lost the plot

Apparently now wolves in for koleosho
Many on here slagged VK off but the way it looks now regardless of the fact he was stubborn and couldn’t get the squad to play.

The players he bought were better quality than many believed - also its home to roost as to spend money to get us back to even where we were 4 weeks back.

After watching today we really have bitten off more than we can chew and reality is if the owners are serious about backing Parker and going for promotion they’d better have a very busy week BUYING not selling.

Can’t believe in 3 year period we are even close to it Dave but maybe it is that— I posted this a few weeks back though about recruitment can we keep doing the VK thing and obviously we can’t ( he must have been the draw to our club ).

Whilst I accept that you can’t just come to a team out your boots on and all be brilliant day 1 we don’t seem to be signing Bensons -?koleosho or players to develop as per the formula we are told is in place.

Berge gone. O'Shea gone. Odobert gone. Zaroury gone. Twine gone. Weghorst, Benson & Koleosho rumoured to be exiting through the front door this week.

Selling players on this scale is clearly unstainable in regard to keeping any promotion aspirations alive for this season. After yesterday's insipid performance morale in the dressing room is obviously at an all time low and judging by Cardy Parker's post match reaction he is not very impressed either.

ALK are here to make money. How much they have made so far nobody knows but they should know by now that staying in the EPL is the way to do it.

BT, ALK are now Bob Lord on steriods. Sell, sell, sell until the wheels come off.

    In the news today:-
"The 43-year-old would have known that departures were inevitable after relegation, but he would not have envisaged the mass exodus that is currently taking place at the club, and it seems highly unlikely that this was the project he was sold by owner Alan Pace."

Groups like ALK don't really understand football clubs like BFC and what is required to make them successful. The big sports in the USA baseball and NFL football are not team games in the way football is. "Need a left handed pitcher ?", ok go out and get one, problem solved.
A lot more than a business plan is needed. Hindsight is 20/20 I know but several people on forum saw right away that there was a real lack of experience in the whole project. Football supporters with few exceptions are born to suffer so chins up everybody, it can only get better but who knows when.

The biggest mistake they have made was employing Kompany, who appeared to be given a free hand in recruitment.
Pace is the boss though and the buck stops with him for the way this has turned into a sh!t show.

Can't imagine what's going through Parkers mind, and wouldn't be surprised if he walked

Thing is Ballcock if he goes I can see us going into a spiral out of control - this isn’t the way things are meant to go - I genuinely feel for Parker all the talk of automatic promotion been the target for him and the process of appointing him over several weeks to then just throw the towel in and sell ALL his players is a tragedy above all others.

To top all that with recruiting a full squad more or less n 4 days to be remotely competitive is laughable at best.

So obviously there is an underlying situation at the club and reading the academy managers comments re squad and VK sent to wrong what’s app group the problem has existed for some time.

For me though ALK are so far wide of the mark here that it’s un retrievable, they’ve made their beds and I can’t see them turning it around ( if players want out that’s one thing ) question is why and all of them at that.

I can see Saturday being a very difficult 2/ 3 hours for the yanks if they turn up - I can also see Saturday being a very very uncomfortable afternoon - I can see a lot of Burnley fans being very upset this weekend
