    Reduced Price Season Tickets

I enclose details of a reduced price season ticket deal being advertised on the Club website. https://dundeefc.co.uk/news/be-a-part/
I am not impressed with the reduced price deal for the remaining 16 homes games this season.
A full price adult season ticket was £490 whereas the reduced price adult season ticket is £435.
    A reduction of £55.
However a Adult who has purchased a ticket for the Hearts match and the St Mirren game has paid £56 for their tickets.
In my opinion the reduced season ticket price should have been a maximum of £430 and probably less.

The reverse argument is why should season ticket holders be punished for buying early, if just 2 games in they would save money? Who would buy early next time?

The reduced price season ticket is based on the full price charged for a season ticket after 2nd June 2024.

Jesus, club does something to increase ticket sales and you always seem to find a stick to beat them with

Think Islay and Deebunked were trying to show that pricing for ST holders is always difficult.
I agree club should be praised for trying to get more ST holders.

Clubs usually sell half price season tickets for the second half of the season not when only 2 home games have been played out of a total of 19 home games.

I got a super early bird cause it suits me and I can keep my same seat , I really don’t care if they now sell seasons for 200 or 400 just as long as they sell more , the more they sell the better chance of a good January transfer window , resulting in an even better entertaining side to watch

The poster advertising the price of season ticket also states that a season ticket holder gets priority for the purchase of Away tickets
    This is not totally correct.
Season ticket holders who are members of a DSA affiliated supporters club get first priority for purchasing tickets for Away games with season ticket holders who are not a member of a DSA affiliated supporters club having to wait until the number of Away tickets requested by season ticket holders of each DSA affiliated supporters club have been advised to the Dundee FC ticket office before they are advertised for sale to season ticket holders.
    In my opinion this wrong.
All season ticket holders should be treated the same.
They should have to purchase their Away ticket from the Dundee FC ticket office irrespective of whether they are a members of a DSA affiliated supporters club or not.
