It surprises me that we aren’t and also that we aren’t challenging PSR for being anti-competitive. As far as I know the club hasn’t even criticized PSR publicly.
I can only think that we’re keeping our heads down to avoid any more negativity on top of the Saudi human rights issues.
As our owners are new to the party so to speak it's interesting to how they are progressing. Rather than being aggressive and potentially incurring further rath from the 'other 14' in fits of jealousy & more back door whining & manipulation from the Fraud 6 they have chosen to work quietly.

With City taking the lead on the 'anti-competitive' law suit, the arbitration case currently awaiting verdict, there is no necessity at this point for NUFC's owners to also bring legal action against the league / other clubs / rules.

We have to remember that currently, NUFC have a clean set of books and zero sanctions against us. We've played by every rule put in place by the teams and league.

So, in all of this NUFC are 'the victim' at worst, completely innocent at best.

We shouldn't conflate financial regulations with any other issues around PR issues. Human rights or otherwise.

From a Saudi perspective. They country's laws are not a of matter of discussion in any forum outside of their courts and legal system.

The Guardian and that clown Miguel Delany can whine on and on as much as they like. Their little people and irrelevant organisations.

Let's remember that the Guardian hero worshipped the 'orphan to Billionaire' story.

When it comes to Geopolitics, football is irrelevant. Should the Saudis be sanctioned by the US/UK the markets will lost 15-20% it's value overnight such is the vast amount of investment & assets under the control of Saudi PiF & other Saudi backed entities.
