    Chalky.

I notice youve signed Jevani Brown, hes one of the most gifted players ive ever seen, behind Maradonna, Pele, Owen, Moore, and me.

Shame he never got anywhere, its not because he cant play.

    .
I’ve just checked the stats and it says that he played 84 games for Cambridge and scored 13 goals, quite a player if that’s your view of him Frank and look forward to seeing him play on Saturday

Brown can walk past players like they are not there. On the highlights playing for Exeter, he got the ball on the half way line, a defender was behind him, turned past him and put an inch perfect pass to the feet of an attacker behind the defeence in one movement. It will be interesting to see if you change your mind.

I think that you misunderstood my post Frank as I wasn’t putting him down before I had even seen him with the stats, you don’t need to score goals to be a great player you know that, I was referring to you saying that he was “quite a player” in that you compared him to yourself in your playing days,it was a compliment to your tongue in cheek self referral

I looked a little deeper into our latest signing and it looks like he’s got a bit of a problem with the booze,he’s already been in court for spitting at and slapping a woman outside of a nightclub and he’s admitted to needing help with the booze problem,if he scores goals then Notts fans will be happy but not me,there’s no need for violence no matter how much you’ve had to drink

If you were the county manager, you are paid to win games of football. A bloke turns up, plays like a Brazillian, and says hes quit booze, with a good record. He comes free. Id sign him in a second, get him to sign a contract before he left the building.

Getting on a high horse wont get you in div 1, he will contribute. If your drawing he will get you that win, or an equaliser. Maybe hes grown up, rejection, trauma, changes people. He scored more goals than games played for St Neots, imagine that.

From what ive seen its a tragedy that hes playing this low, maybe with better players around him, hee would show what he can do, he does get frustrated playing with donkeys, hes miles ahead.

Everyone deserves a second chance suppose Frank but if I had a drink problem I wouldn’t go out to nightclubs where there’s trouble around every corner and Nottingham is full of clubs, let’s see what happens and hopefully you will be proved right and me wrong, with a bit of luck he will be in the lineup today

Couldn’t really judge him today as he wasn’t given much game time so I will wait until he does a full 90 minutes
