Completed as well, very easy to do
According to my local councillor, who responded extremely quickly in fairness, there is still information awaited that has been outstanding since June.
This means that the delay is due to the consultants employed by Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited’s (DBPHL) failure to supply the necessary information. It was previously stated in the media that Transport Scotland had requested information from DBPHL’s transport consultants which they have not received.
I see that there has been a bust up on the DBF with one poster blaming Dee4life for the failure of the Dundee City Councillors to discuss and vote on the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited PPIP application this Monday.
This poster on DBF should do his homework before posting a lot of rubbish.
I enclose a post from the Dark Blues Forum on Page 61 of their topic about the new stadium development at Campy Nou. https://www.************.co.uk/topic...e/61/#comments
It concerns details of a meeting between the DSA committee and John Nelms which was reported at the DSA AGM last Saturday.
I was present at the DSA AGM.
The members at the DSA AGM were told that the DSA committee were invited to attend a meeting with John Nelms last Thursday (29th August 2024) at Gardyne.
John Nelms told them that he does not see any problems with the Transport issues preventing planning permission being granted especially as another problem namely the football pitches on Camperdown Park are no longer in the PPIP application.
One member (not me) asked the DSA committee member giving us details of the meeting if John Nelms said where the funding for the £95 million cost of the new stadium development was going to come from.
The members were told that the DSA committee did not ask that question!!!!
