Of course you do have a point.
But how often are you gonna have to make this point.
    Something needs to change.

We haven't invested in a striker capable of taking over from Bamford (who was never perfect but the best we had once Roofe was sold), since Radrizzani appeared on the scene. Why? Well for now ask Marathe, not that he would have the faintest idea what you are talking about.

Only seen the ITV "highlights" so somewhat limited viewpoint, but wtf??? I know I said we hadn't been really tested but did we really need to fall apart against Bumley? Christ if thats the best we can muster against real opposition we are well and truly f00ked.

Not had a real decent striker since beckford, why do we never get decent strikers…..even bielsa didn’t, yes bamford was good for one season but I now think that was a miracle, every manager seems to think we don’t need one…..well guess what Einstein, we do.

Watched the highlights this morning , a game we should have won , a stone wall penalty not given (surprise surprise) , a reminder of quite a few games from last season , early days but the lack of a striker is killing us and will be the reason we don't go up unless the board stump up for one in the Jan TW , presuming we are still in the mix.

    Play-offs is realistic.

    They score a goal.
    They park the bus.
    We’re done, party over, kaput.
Make some excuses, move on, repeat, repeat.

I understand that by dominating possession the chance of conceding goals diminishes but going forward, when we actually try to go forward is painfully slow. There never seems to be a Plan B. Opposition score and park the bus, time waste. Really concerning

He’ll probably make the top 4 again though

Like I said earlier, arronson scores that last second golden chance against Portsmouth, Joseph scores that golden chance yesterday and were sitting pretty in second, all is well in the world and we’re happy……fine margins again, thing is we’re always the wrong side of them.
