The one I use Mick is from "nutrition geeks" and is labelled Turmeric containing Curcumin, Ginger & Black pepper. All sounds very spicy but they are such small tablets they are easy to swallow (though I always take with water) with no after-taste. Sometimes use them with Seven Seas joint care supplement. Got them from Amazon. Works for me so worth a go? (Know what you mean about cod liver oil btw😁

The black pepper is important because it helps the turmeric into the system. If it ain’t got black pepper in it won’t do much.
