What I would say is this.

If there is a “they” in ultimate control in regards to a cabale of powerful people or groups, I don’t think that “they” control a Boris or a Starmer.

Trying to control Boris would be like trying to nail jelly to a wall!

I think it’s more likely that that create chaos and uncertainty as well as stress and anxiety amongst the populous to facilitate one set of hapless t w a t s after another taking perceived control through winning elections.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist by nature and I don’t really believe that Covid was a purposeful event planned by some bloke with a dodgy eye stroking a long haired white cat but when you consider the havoc it caused, the way it allowed people to be controlled by the billions and then the “reset” of whole populations it does make you wonder?

When you look at the inheritance of each incoming government over the past 14 years or so, the bandwidth that any government has had to work with has been very narrow.

No flesh on the bone since Gordon Brown was voted out.

Money always tight, fiscal policy hobbled by this and by the fiscal rules each government inflicts on itself, interest rate controlled by the money men at the Bank of England and by the Fed in the USA, it’s like Megson and Corberan inheriting a terrible squad and being told there’s less than nothing in terms of money to work with and then being expected to oversee a miracle.

In football terms this is occasionally possible as our managers above have proved but trying to change a countries fortunes whilst controlled by the money men is just impossible.

So in simple terms, the “lizards” just ensure that a simpleton has the reigns.
