Shameful should be banned for life , sacked and prosecuted

I can't agree with this at all, the man is a disgrace and an embarrassment to the club and his family. If we start sacking people, which could destroy his life and that of his children and family we are no better than him. Add to that the idea of prosecuting people for saying thoughtless things we are seriously screwed as a society, who decides what someone can say? This desire some people have for revenge and causing pain and suffering on other human beings is awful.
