Regarding women playing football. In Spain they have the first transgender men's football team formed and play in a Spanish League. They have played their first competitive game and they lost 19-0. At the end of the day a team of women pretending to be men have been hammered by a crap team of blokes.
😂😂😂
The losing side may, of course, just have been c r ap 😁 but the result would also seem to be further evidence to indicate that there are actually differences between trans-women or trans-men and both biological women and biological men. Might seem self evident to many on here of course, but clearly still a concept some of those who self-identify struggle with.
As for competitive sports, isn't it the fairest and most common sense solution to retain men's and women's events but add either "open" competitions or separate trans-men and trans-women events depending on interest?
Sport should be for all to enjoy and participate in regardless of ability but one of the essences of competitive sport must surely be to create a situation where any degrees of innate advantage are reduced as far as reasonably possible.
Don’t mind watching the Lionesses as some of the football is decent. I would rather see Alessia Russo running after the ball then Bartley and Ajayi playing slow sideways football.
