I'm probably a lot older than Ponte Steve and Pass n Move but I've been through the mincer myself when it comes to relationships breaking down and all the shyte that comes with it .
I'm sorry to hear the both of you are finding it tough right now .
I haven't a magic wand or a solution to what you both are going through but what I will say is that you will both eventually move on from this and you will find happiness once again .
Stick in there guys because the happiest days of your life are yet to come .
