    Good point on Osong.

I thought a raw, young , still to improve, impact sub was meant to be his role

If he’s marginalised even further then Florist might recall him as and when they can and send him somewhere else

Flour, don't get Derbs revved up raising that point on Osong ..........big thing is, he hasn't even made the bench for the last two games.
Is he injured or have Forest recalled him and our club are too embarrassed to say anything?

Yes this is a bit of a button for me, I will try to remain calm

It is great that the loan spell for Ciaran has gone well and I hope he is back to get a place in our squad, it would be wonderful to see a few of our own young players come through and do well, I rate Hatton and I think Hull looks as good as some of the CB donkeys we had last season.

For me Hugill should be nowhere near the first team squad, there seems to be something wrong with him and I don't get the feeling he is a positive influence around the club.

The reason i get wound up about Osong is I know from friends that know Forest academy very well, that us getting the lad was a big coo for us as he was so well thought of. He is a young player and as a lot of people on here know from their own life experience, managing young people is very different than mature experienced workers. You have to adapt your own style to get the best out of them, Generation Z are a different thing all together. So my question has always been how good is Evans and Raynor at managing youth players, especially from Premier league clubs? From the way he speaks and behaves do we see a mentor or a bully? I just think we are missing a trick with Osong, but it is just an opinion it might not be us, he might be a nightmare, who knows, I am just speculating.
