I've had a read through and still agree with pretty much every word. There's no satisfaction though, I'd much rather be looking like a fool with us top of the league. It's awful to watch the club in the situation it's currently in.

    100%.

And now I think he's damaging the club, even if it's not yet beyond hope.

Despite my reservations about going back I think this is the best appointment TS could have made given the mess he's allowed to develop in the last couple of years.
No long term strategy but hopefully a short term boost.
This is what I thought when he was appointed and it's true he did initially lift the mood and boost season ticket sales with his customary ebullience but, so far, there has not been any short term boost on the pitch.
To be honest I'm not expecting much improvement now because his methods are from a different era and the players clearly aren't buying into them.
I still think the problems at the club start much higher than the manager though.

Plus we were told that money for signings would be made available from the sale of Viktor,Rathbone and Kidoso. All empty promises and that is one reason no other manager was interested coming because of no financial support from the board.Evans has lost the plot but until we have a change at the top we will stagnate.

MB, I don't want to be a spoiler but, where has Stewart ever stated that monies recouped from the sales of Viktor, Rathbone and Kidoso
would be given back to Evans to reinvest? Maybe I've missed that and if I have, my apologies. The only bit I heard on this was Evans saying he was to be given transfer money etc form sales. Obviously this hasn't happened.

Evans Scott have * it up between them. Need a manager to bring his own recruitment man in. Still go for Gareth Ainsworth put some fight back in the side.

To be honest there are not many people offering alternatives. Someone mentioned Charlie Adam (that could have been you as well?)

It’s all well and good people saying look back on your post to see if you still agree with it but it’s all a bit irrelevant. Leam Richardson was not the man for us. Everyone could see that.

No one knows what package TS is offering a potential manager so we have to leave it to the chairman. We are led to believe that as a championship club, the Cambridge manager turned us down.

The Charlie Adam that is at Fleetwood?
They’re 15th in division 4 and also out of the cup.

They did beat Rotherham in the LC though so maybe that’s the recommendation
