Indeed. My gut tells me Evans will have been given the 'big sit down' after last night and told to improve things with immediate effect. Wheteher it does we will have to wait and see. If it doesn't, Evans will get be getting one sack for Xmas and it won't be from Santa.

With 1 game in 3 weeks we'll kind of get a hint of TS's intentions by Monday I would think. Will he trust him with the January window? That is the big question but looking at our current form we could be well adrift of the play-off's by then anyway. It may well be the bottom 4 we may need to be more worried about because this team don't seem to have a full decent performance in them. Even our 4 wins have had last minute lucky goals or 10 men opposition involvement. I just hope this season isn't a tribute to Tommy Docherty's fanfare appointment in 1967. He too was a Scot who arrived to a fanfare's welcome promising the world. He promised he would get us out of the division in 1 season. He certainly kept to his word. The only trouble was he took us the wrong way!

The Tommy Docherty quote popped into my mind last night too.

That was the year I was born.

And as a Miller, it's been ups and downs ever since.

Mark Robins would make a good director of football for our club, fetch a raw manager in let's Robins nurture him in the world of management.
Just a wish, which will not happen.

Fans wouldn't give the new manager time.
We have had to suffer the past 2 years of doom n gloom.
