I couldn't tell you. Yet somehow she managed to blow a billion-dollar budget on a campaign about nothing.
Great points Slack.

The Democrats are in complete denial. Even today they are slagging off the American electorate calling them racist, ***ist etc. For the Republicans this is music to their ears as the Democrats are too stupid to admit they got it all wrong. They thought that they could put anyone up against Trump and win, because in their opinion the majority of people in the US hate Trump - just like the billionaire and Hollywood Democrats who pumped a crazy amount of money into the campaign. They look so much like the wealthy, spoilt Republicans of old - mind you, many of the old, spoilt Republicans had defected to the Democrats to try and defeat Trump.

Unfortunately, as a few have been trying to say on here, the US Electorate don't hate Trump. In fact many love him, as he is anti-establishment. His big mistake in 2020 was complacency. He didn't make the same mistake in 2024.
