Less than two years ago we had an excellent midfield of Barlaser,Wiles and Rathbone. What we saw tonight was the complete opposite.

I have not posted on this site for a while as am totally at a loss as to what is being done to our club.
The Chairman in the summer said that he needed Steve to get the feel good factor back. He did, but then unfortunately the season started.

Totally and utterly embarrassing. Absolutely shambolic.
This club has utterly wasted its opportunity to establish itself in the Championship and now has a fair chance of a double relegation.

If the Chairman can’t see this then perhaps a complete change of direction should be considered.

Where do you start after that?
4 defeats in the last 5 games, never looked like scoring, no style, no tactics (big boot isn't a tactic), no passion, no belief, no idea. last year we were in the Championship and played some very good teams and we were awful and the season hurt, this year we are a league lower but we look as bad if not worse.
kelly, didn't have a great game but he isn't match fit neither is Raggett, so you have to give them some slack. Hugill is not a professional footballer, worst CF I have seen in a very long time, shouldn't be allowed near a match day squad again.
The manger doesn't know anything about football, he is a charlatan. We have looked better in games when we have natural width and again he stars without it, he puts on a wide player at half-time and puts him on the wrong side, 4 minutes later he makes a second change so wasting a substitute slot, eventually he takes off another charlatan and puts another winger on to allow his first sub to play in the correct position. I am sorry you cannot make this up, it is that bad. I haven't listened to his interview yet, I can't listen to his BS tonight the man just sprouts such utter drivel. That was a derby game and it was as bad as the Wednesday game last season, you cannot convince me those players are playing at their best and are playing for Evans and Raynor, there is little or no evidence to support that they are.
However, TS has to take a lot of the blame as well you cannot slash the playing staff by the numbers we have and you cannot have an incomplete squad and expect to be challenging, you reap what you sow.

Hey Millers, I'm delighted with that course, as a Tykes fan. 👍
You can't beat a good South Yorkie derby victory, even though I'm from the West lol.
I sense a real disappointment though from your fans right now, but is it really all down to Steve Evans ?.
It's only a month ago that we were getting frustrated with Daz Clarke, and some wanted him out then. And
League One can change so much though, after a run of 3 good or bad games.

Spineless at the back, our inability to deal with anything in the air from wide or a corner is laughable.

Midfield totall inability to either break lines or play through the 3rds so it just gets lumped.

Strikers, said enough about these already. Worst combinations in over 30yrs no matter who it is, and 1 of them we paid a million pound for.

A decent manager would get just basic average out of this group. Evans and stupid notepad Raynor will be lucky if they don't take us down

Worst Rotherham United setup since Danny Bergara from top to bottom

Having seen his interview I do feel a bit sorry for Steve Evans The way forward Steve is a radical change in tactics ...ditch the hoof down the middle, it's not working. We were sussed out there a while back. Time to go for broke with two wingers from the start, four across the midfield. I think Bramall could be used as a winger for example. Radical rethink of available resources is needed. It can't be worse than this

Bramall should have been brought on instead of Hungbo. When is Odoffin going to play in his best position centre back? was good enough there in the championship. Kelly looks like ones before him his best days are well behind him.

We've had a lot of forward play in the last few games, because once our opponents go in front, they are comfortable in sitting back, knowing that our tactics produce very few chances.
