Football is played at many levels and my joint Management success was at Junior level, however, we were very successful in the role. Promotions and a Cup final were in the portfolio.

As for my £300k pa, it must be put in the contract, should promotion be achieved that my wage is doubled the following season which will also include a large bonus. Any Cup success would also be rewarded with very favourable bonuses.
