    I'm not gonna lie. In my opinion he's not looked at his best this season and put in some really poor performances by his standards.

    Just guess it just shows you how quality a player the man is.

    We've got Bruno in the middle! Long may that continue.

    I've read (not on here) people asking 'what does he do'?

    Well those stas show that maybe football's not for them.

    He’s such a great player that when he doesn’t perform to his own very high standards, people think he hasn’t played well.

    Of course he makes mistakes but I can’t remember him ever putting in a poor performance for us.

    He's so good at relieving pressure when we need a break and winning free kicks in dangerous areas. I still see him sprinting full tilt and think he's about the slowest professional footballer I've ever seen but makes up for it with all his other attributes.

    He was saying in an interview how much he loves being captain and loves being at Newcastle as well today.
