I hope they filled the pipes with fluid to test for leaks before they buried them.
How will they decide when to connect it all up?

Will have been false economy if we get a home game against a top side in the third round of the FA Cup and it gets frozen off.
To my mind we should have either done it all or not at all.

They can't decide that it is going to be frosty next week so we will do it now.

Probably when there is nothing more important to spend the money on.
I just don't like half finished jobs because often they don't get done.

They said at the time they were future proofing and whilst winters have been relatively warmer recently if there was a forecast for an extremely cold winter then that?s when they would do it.
