"Cormack detailed how, over the coming decade, the Dons plan to invest ?2.2m each year in their youth academy, from the under-18s team down.
The chairman added: “That’s ?22m in today’s money over the next 10 years."

He didn't get to be where he is today without those amazing mathematical skills of his.

We should never have lost money with that increase in revenue.

The player trading model is a flawed one as we won't sell a player for good money every season.

Hopefully a season without paying off management teams will help our next set of figures.

Youth development will only benefit us if our youngsters get chances in the first team. I'm not sure that side of things is important to the club in my opinion.

“Furthermore, we have one or two exciting appointments to announce soon that will further boost the expertise within the football department.”
Sounds like maybe tech director finally coming in? Nae sure how that’s exciting though unless it’s Fergie

Pleased to read bit about focus on our own coming through. Been disappointed Boyd not given much chance this season.

Staying at Pittodrie in the medium term O:

Fair play to them getting this up so fast but I wouldnae be impressed as an attendee having my photie splashed across the website though…

No matter how much Cormack tries to push the club forward, it still irks the f*ck out of me that Stewart Milne is still involved in our club in any capacity.

The man is a walking catastraf*ck.

I like to think that Cormack treats Milne a bit like how Michael treats Fredo in the Godfather. Give him a job but keep him miles away from the important stuff

Hopefully takes him fishing one day
