what we have to change is how we go in the here and now and stop this recruitment strategy where we continually move players on and replace with inferior quality , eventually it catches up with you !!

It has already caught up with us though hasn't it Shads. We are now looking at a top 6 finish in league 1 at best (personally i think we'll finish around 8th or 9th) and the club is losing millions of pounds each season.

Yes it has certainly caught up with us especially in the last couple of seasons but both years we made the play offs ,but in my opinion if we continue with the current policy flirting with promotion will disappear and trying to avoid the drop could be the order of the day.
