This isn't even sour grapes. I'm delighted with a point against the best team in the league, and possibly in Europe. Butyou want it to be a level playing field...and it just isn't.

I know it all sounds like a conspiracy theory seen through a black and white lens but, if you subscribe to the view that there is a cartel which is stopping clubs like ourselves and Villa from competing with them (and the evidence for that being the case is compelling), is it too much of a stretch to believe that the cartel have the refs in their pocket?

Personally, I don't have any trouble believing it.

Most of my neighbours in our close are supporters of various other teams and every single one of them, apart from the single one who supports Liverpool, summed the game and officials up exactly as you did.
