Management change imminent.Someone always gets sacked on christmas eve.The players have lost faith in what they are being asked to do, incidentally so have we.There is time so change manager please.

Football isn't fair unfortunately, you have to make sure you take your unfair share of points. Notts are not doing that at the moment.
Who on the board has ever said that if we have high possession stats we deserve to win? To my knowledge no one.

Both individual players carry some blame, but really at fault is the collective mindset that trying to play out under such pressure from that position is in any way practical or sensible. You could put a different goalkeeper and player in the same position and trying to play out would still be a bad call.

Late posting as was getting a hot chocolate. Games like this make me wish I wasn?t a Notts fan. Lovely drive here, nice little ground with loads of parking again. It all goes downhill when we kickoff. We?re rubbish. Defending and kicking from Bass is shocking and Crowley ismpointless in his position. We?ve been overrun again. No commitment in the middle.

There's only been three L2 clubs change manager so far this season (Carlisle, MKD, Swindon), which seems a low number for mid-December in this day and age.

Bass has looked iffy I admit but they are told to play that way so blame the coaching staff.
You depend on players making judgment calls, there is shared culpability here, Crowley should have realised he wasn't in a position to receive the ball and that decision should have been taken away from him anyway by the keeper who surely, has to be more aware.
