Hmm club firmly putting all their eggs in the JT basket.
So presumably this guy buggers off when JT does, meaning any new manager will be without a head of recruitment when he comes in a la the Glass era.

Hope behind the scenes bit less shambolic when that time comes.

We've had about 4 in two years, so I'm sure we'll survive IF the worst happens.

Let's hope he can unearth a gem (or two) for us in the upcoming window.
