How can anyone defend this shower of s***, no passion, no desire little ability. On 40 minutes i said to the missus they will score before half-time because they use the ball better. Every single team we play, show some basic ability to keep calm when we get the ball in defence and play out. 1 minute to go we win the ball back and without looking James just boots it forward, neither green or Nombe made any attempt to get the ball. The goal scorer was unmarked and both Wilks and green stared at him from the edge of the box with no attempt to get to him, they had the time but no desire. That was a group of players just wanting to get in from the cold.
We had one chance and Greens miss was shocking, all he had to do was head it down. Nombe is the best of the front four and he isn't very good. Wilks shouldn't be on the pitch, he only plays because of Evans hope he will do a bit of magic which he does once every 10 games. JCH is as bad as Hugill, he cannot win a header in a 50/50 with the CB and he never keeps hold of the ball, so we are immediately under pressure again. The front four had one good game against a shocking team and Evans calls them frightening after that one game, what is frightening is his faith in JCH and Wilks who just don't turn up week after week.
Well Evans I think you are three 45 minutes periods away from being unemployed, you have to get them interested.

It's pretty typical of home games these days as most are either at NYS or watching on Ifollow. Having said that I'd even forgotten we were playing until I saw the little score widget on my phone about 3:40pm your time (7:40am for me) when I got up for work.

She asked me for a prediction before the game and I said 2-1 to us. She predicted 1-1 and at half time she asked me the score and now she thinks that everyone will win if the score stays the same and he gets the sack
