Tremendous performance. I see it?s only taken 3 games for Howe to silence his critics again. Some people have very short memories.

    Grow up 🤣

The Villa game is a credible win, would rather have seen us beat 11 players to be sure of the turnaround.

Just as easy for us to say calling out against Eddie stubbornly not playing Tonali, and playing Longstaff, have been proven right as he has been instrumental in all the games since he has started.

Let?s see how we play in the next 2 games, but Ipswich and Leicester, and Brentford at SJP (worst away from team in the Prem) are not justification for the Palace and West Ham performances? what we were seeing against Villa against Man Utd and Spurs would build on the Villa result and show Howe is genuinely turning it around.

Said it before, and will say it again, Howe gets the credit when he gets it right and he should expect criticism when he gets it wrong.

Everyone wants to see him get it right, but I?ll criticise him if he starts dropping Tonali for Longstaff again, I?ll likely criticise him if he still keeps giving Osula seconds of time on the pitch (especially if we bring in no forward that can cover in the middle), but I?ll pass on ?I told you so? Bo!!ovks if we lose 🤦*♂️

Duran has lost his appeal and will now be banned for the next 3 games.

My post wasnt aimed at you but seems to have touched a nerve. Everyones wrong sometimes - its OK.

This must be the third or fourth time Howe has turned our form around and shut up those doubting him. Hes a very good manager and he knows what hes doing.
I?ll leave the ifs and buts about his selections to you and get back to looking at the league table.

The way I see it is Howe is managing his squad!

After the horrendous injury list of last season, we have entered in to the congested winter fixtures with a mostly fit squad.

How many would criticise Howe if Tonali wasn?t fit to pull the strings when we?re playing 2/3 games a week?

    We?re 5th in the table?

Can?t complain at that, we don?t have great squad depth, but we can?t just go out and play the same ?best eleven? every single game.

I look at where we are and the aqua lad we have available for selection, and think? that?ll do pig, that?ll do

Remember, it?s not just Howe now, he has an upgraded performance and medical team around him this season who will also have their input in to match fitness and risk to players.
