Mcwilliams though- still can't get over how bad he is.

Agree with some post but not others !
Evans built this season around JCH, but failed to notice he was a spent force and hardly got a game last season at Peterborough !
Think he signed 14 players this season and I think only Powell has any degree of success and I know lots of people say he?s rubbish because he can?t delivery his set pieces consistently but to me a ***** cog needing a bit more support !
In spite of Evans knocking previous recruitment regarding signing injured players he has fared just as bad ? once again only Powell has been an ever present ?
I thought Hungbo was the best of a very poor forward line but was the first to be subdued ?
Wilks and Nombe couldn?t even control their bladders, Green quickly reverted to the Green of last season and JCH is a shocker ?
Powell and Kelly did ok in a two man midfield but were over run at times against opposition who had more pace, and drive ?
Jules always has a mistake in him and was lucky today in not gifting the opposition a goal !
The goalkeeper did well, and finally James is not and can?t be a left back, far too slow and weak? every week they get round the back of him and pump crosses into the box, that can?t continue ? He?s a good footballer though and could he be utilised better further forward ?

Your hounding out off Hungbo is sad, he is a left winger, not a left sided player in a 3. If SE won?t play wingers and get crosses into the box that is the manager not the player. We keep judging players on a few sub performances or the odd start we did the same with Osong. Who do you and others think we will get that is better than these players?
I heard from a contact involved with Forest youth set-up that Osong returning to the club over an injury is not the whole story, add to that and the comment from someone about the three lads in the stand today and the circumstantial evidence that the management team and players are not connected grows. TS must know this, he won?t just get his information from his buddy, we aren?t going to change 6 or 7 players to find ones better or ones than Evan?s gets on with. These players with a few changes is all we have to save our L1 status, the change has to come in the managers office or TS needs to really back Evan?s in the window. I don?t believe he will do the latter so he really only has one decision to make, if he wants things to improve.
Regarding Nombe he really puts in a shift he tracks back and supports his defence, he has 4 assists and 4 goals in this team that isn?t bad. His fee is not his fault at least he turns up, same with Powell, rafferty, Odoffin, jules and James. We have the basis of a decent squad but the leadership is a joke both in the dugout and in the board room.

    End of year report.
Keepers, poor. Send piggie back. Put Phillips on nerve pills. Simply hasn’t enough nous or talent, hence the nerves. Decent reflexes if he reads early enough. Both have to be replaced really.
    Rafferty, improving slightly.
James. Never a full back in a million years. Poor shade of Brammal (who never was that good)
CB’s. Is there a good enough pair? No. At least an improvement on FB’s.
    Cam H. Wasted talent.
    Hungo, Holmes. Underused potential.
Sick bay or past it: simply a liability.
    JCH
    Hugebill
    MCCart
    Kelly
    Macdonald
    McWilliams
    Green, back too early.
Powell….like a mixed hot and cold tap.
Wilkes. Words fail. Tax time. Stealing a wage.

If i’ve missed anyone it’s because they haven’t played enough to tell, or not at all.

The dynamic duo. The biggest wage stealers of all. If they get more than the minimum wage, they owe us.
    Get shut and fast.
Intermediate manager required, and build properly for the future in the summer. Even this squad could perform better with another manager.
We are all fed up with it all. There are not any plus points, none at all. We have gone backwards so fast it’s unreal.

And the directors need to understand their own frailties. And finally learn.

Hungbo he's lightweight not a winger end his loan. James another on the left same Bramall at least when he gets forward he still does with some purpose I know his crossing doesn't always come off but give me a player who can keep getting up & down anytime.

With the contract situation with the keepers can't see any changes there till the summer. Centre backs Odoffin who keeps fit makes him 1st choice there. Rest depends whose fit Jules got that mistake in him seems to be in most games. Midfield need 2 in to replace Kelly & Mcwilliams. Wilkes can go back as well need a legitimate wide right player. Loan Hugill out get a fit target man forward in not past his sell by date our other forwards including McGuckin would benefit from that.
