Very good performance. Tremendous first 30. Can?t remember us having such a good set of results over Xmas ever. We usually crash at this time in the season?

Good three points, but if we hadn?t had the starts we had then I?d be worried.

As soon as Mainoo came on we were second best? after 33 minutes we had no real threat.

They were f**king awful in the final third thankfully, but we took far too long, I say we? I mean Howe? to try and make a difference?85 minutes!?!

Good three points, but we should have f**king demolished them?. They are sh!te? 2-0 feels like a good result but a poor result given how woeful they are.

They?re as bad as Leicester and Ipswich, but for 2/3 of the match (after Mainoo came on) they were the better team apart from being sh!te in the final third.

Ian...mate...whilst I agree-to an extent-with what you're saying, how often do we win at Old Trafford, especially playing so well.

Savour the moment, if you can, man...you know as well as any of us how infrequent these moments are so it would be a shame for you to miss out on enjoying it.

Savoured the result, but think this should have been an emphatic win? 4/5 nil? but all it took was them adding on Mainoo and we were then second best, no response till into the 85th minute to try and change it (even though we saw it for more than 10 mins before half time, so team talk should have been over it)

Great 3 points, but we were shocking for the majority of the game and if they had anyone decent up front they could easily have took a draw, or a win, given their dominance after Mainoo was brought on.

Probably more p!ssed at out total inability to respond to them coming back into that game than the result

I saw good game management? won the game in first 30mins.

It?s a congested fixture period and we didn?t lose anyone to soft tissue injury.

Kept a clean sheet, so I don?t see the problem. If we?d committed too much and let ManU back in the game it could have ended very differently.

I?ll celebrate the 3 points and a professional performance at Old Trafford? I don?t mind it wasn?t 4-0

Right. Still buzzin this morning. Amazing performance and the result was never in doubt.

I saw a clean, professional, well managed win. After 30 minutes we were 2 up and it could have been 6. Normally this would have been a golden chance to humiliate the arrogant cnts at home but I saw us taking the foot off the gas to save ourselves for Spurs. I like this thinking, its cold, its what we need to do.

The game was won, under control and once the lads saw no threat it was job done. I have no doubt if they pulled one back we'd have went up a gear.

The Man U fans are beyond meltdown and relegation is possible here for them, Liverpool thrn Arsenal compounded by Ipswich winning the are only 7 points off the drop zone. This team is in trouble.

Not a single player of theirs would make our starting 11. Thats a testament to our club and its management who did it without going a billion into debt.

Like the thought process, but 2-0 is not a secure enough lead, and they had a lot of chances after Mainoo came on? which better teams will put away. Casemiro easily had time to take a touch.

If the scoreline had been 3-0 and we?d shut up shop then the above would have made more sense (to me), but if they get 1 back and the crowd comes back online? then it becomes dicey.

But we got the result at the end of the day, I was just disappointed we didn?t put them to the sword but I can see the benefits of keeping gas in the tank for Spurs.

As for their squad? the vast majority needs replaced.

They don?t have a captain that is gonna pull his socks up and lead by example.

Out of their players? Mainoo, Ugarte, Mazraoui are keepers. Not seen enough of De Ligt or Yoro. Hojlund has something, but he needs to be at a club with an established main striker he can learn from and not have the pressure all on his shoulders (bit like when we had Jon Dahl Tomasson and he couldn?t take it and went on to have a cracking career when he left)

Maybe 6 players out of their entire squad I would keep? they have a few kids coming through that they probably should promote now, but they won?t shift the likes of Rashford and Casemiro easily on >300k/week.

I hope PIF have already told their clubs no Man Utd players after the way Ratcliffe handled the Ashworth situation.

Hoijand and Zirkzee 100 mill. Seriously. Zirkzee I said last summer wasn't great and last night moved like a Subuteo player.

Have to say though, the kid is only about 21 and the fans turned on him when subbed, horrible cnts the lot of them .

    He?s 24 in May.
Was a disaster signing from the start, when Weghorst was keeping him out of the National team in the summer, is it any surprise that he offers little?

If that is the kind of signing that Ashworth was rubber stamping were very lucky he was a rat and left 🤣
