Apart from that 11 we used only another 5 players (use that number in 1 game now) all season including Bennet and Martin 1 each.
6 of those would without doubt make my all time (since 62) Albion side 2 other possibles.

I was there , went up there in my mates 3.0 L Capri .
46 years ago ,remember it as if it was yesterday .
With a better manager than Atkinson , this team have won the league and Cup .
The best performance against Man u , in my opinion was when we beat them 6-3 in 68 .
Astle's perfect hat trick against the team which a few weeks later won the European cup and we went on to lift the FA cup .

What was great about the results was that it wasn't a surprise really. We regularly hit them for four at least.
Could be playing them next season as well...

Wasn’t at the 5-3 game but was for the 6-3 win at the Hawthorns. Came across from college in Leicester with a mate who was a United fan. Guess who went back with a big smile on his face? Should have been a bigger margin but they scored a couple of goals late on which flattered them.
